Your pAYMENT is for the designated parking spot that you have selected.  If you move your vehicle into a different spot or leave the lot and park in a new parking spot when you return then you would be required to pay for the new spot.  there is no guarantEE that your parking spot will still be available.

after your allotTed time has expired your vehicle will be wheel locked and you will be responsible for paying the fine in order to have the wheel locks removed, no exceptions.
